my heart is bleeding, how can somebody do this sh!t to an original hardtail EVH guitar?
is there any legal way to punish this guy for doing it?

Something about that add suggests a problem trade if anyone go's for it. If I read it correctly the vendor claims a 70's guitar !!!

Without proper pictures to show that it is indeed an original EVH body and neck, I wouldn't go near it with a barge pole. And even then I'd think twice about at even the lowest price they'd accept.

That guy says he built his dream guitar? I certainly hope he did a better job than he did on that. What a hack job. He wants to get $1000 for it? I wouldn't pay $300 for it. Who knows what horrors lie inside. Also the photos completely suck and only show the front of the guitar.

I don't know what's more disturbing, (i) what was done to that guitar or (ii) the fact that the seller states "Seller refurbished: An item that has been restored to working order by the eBay seller or a third party not approved by the manufacturer. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition".
