Lou, you're off. It's very common Berkshire birch. It was almost impossible to get to because of the dense forest where it grows, but became very common following the tornados in June which opened up logging roads.





(I can make up other convincing stories too!)

Well, I am a big DT fan, and I dig the JP models, but have found myself more at home with the ALs. That does't mean I don't enjoy all the hype surrounding JPs new models, though! The Torture is actually enjoyable! Looking forward to seeing the stallion in full bloom some day.

Just wanted to say thanks to slav123, who posted the Andy McKee vids. I wasn't familiar with his stuff beforehand, but I'm going to check some out now. Very cool.
