Hi there
I posted a few days ago about a piezo problem with my Axis SuperSport. I got in touch with the UK distributor, Strings and Things, who had sent me a private message asking me to get in contact with them. I spoke to Kevin, their guitar tech, who posted me a new saddle yesterday. It arrived today and I replaced the saddle with resounding success. They even sent it me free of charge as I was having problems with my other Axis SS.

All I can say is, "thanks for the excellent service"! and I can certainly recommend Strings and Things as distributors who actually care about their products and their customers!
