I'll be celebrating the 4th in my home town of Independence,VA, as you can guess this is a big deal here. I'm going to the parade, then visit with friends in front of the 1908 courthouse for a while.

Then I will spend the rest of the day with my Mom. they brought her oxygen and liquid morphine this week... not the best of weeks here...
