Hardware color issue Majesty 6 & 7 strings

Hello,

I have one Iced Crimson colour 6 strings and one Glacial Frost colour 7 strings Majesty guitars. My both guitars hardwares (in bridge part) faded and underneath colour showed up. The guitars which have Copper Fire, Silver Lining and Gold Mine colour have not that issue.(One of my friend has Copper Fire) I sent an e-mail to Ernieball Customer Support about that issue and they did not answered. Any authority can help me if see that message?

This is a common problem. My Arctic Dream 6 arrived new with a hazy finish and striations on the cover. Within a few days, the black chrome was badly faded. I took pics, sent them to EB and they sent me a replacement cover. One month later mine looked just like yours shown in the pics. I'd try contacting EB again; they responded to my query the very next day.

Which parts exactly they send to you? Because all parts have that issue. Even volume knobs colours fade.
