After a good two months with my JP6 BFR, I noticed something...
The A on the 10th fret second string will have a nice feedback/harmonics when you hold that note with high gain... This can be heard on DT's In the Presence of Enemies Pt. 1, starting from 2:09 (guitar melody)... At first I thought it was some artificial harmonics (as indicated in the tablature) but it seems to be much too smooth for that, then I re-checked "the making-of" and JP did not do any artificial harmonics when playing that part... I tried it out on my JP, and that particular position on the whole fretboard does have harmonics (for the lack of a better expression) on its own ! How cool is that?
I can't do this on my other guitars though... So I guess the JP is special?
Anyone have the same experience with me with the JP or any other EBMM guitars?
PS: I just love this guitar soooo much!!!
