You can probably get the posts fro CS if its to replace one on an EB guitar. The headstock art I believe is silkscreen though, so there are no stickers to get.

I also queried the headstock logo and I was told that it was silkscreened too.

im sure the print is a decal where you only see the ink and the rice paper disolves into the lacquer i dont think ebmm would be given those out copyright reasons!!
