yep, at home. got back yesterday afternoon and my luggage (DD SR5 included) should be home from Frankfurt by this evening..... apparently Lufthansa missed putting 49 pieces of luggage on board yesterday's flight ya know, stuff like Brian's $xx,xxx Olson acoustic and most of our Aviom system and gonch (or ginch, depending on whether you're from the East or West) , and prezzies, etc.
but very happy to be home. It was an amazing trip and got to meet a lot of cool people and play some fun shows and hear of some very inspiring stories from folks after the shows. The last 2 gigs were at a festival in Holland called Opveking (re-awaken). It's been happening for years and years in Holland but the couple of cool things they did for Brian was to get us to play a few songs for the "sing along" on Sunday afternoon, they have never had artists play for that as it's a very Dutch/family/nationalistic type of deal for them but yet they asked us to play a few songs!! (in front of around 35-40,000) then they asked us to close the festival/conf. part of it on monday afternoon by doing an afternoon concert which went extremely well and even shocked the folks in charge by how many stayed for the concert.
so ya, was a blast. Now back home to work and getting some web stuff and OVRDRVN.com stuff going.... then Colorado in July and back to Switzerland and Egypt in Sept.!
and yes, the cheese was amazing and Switzerland is an amazingly beautiful country with some pretty sweet watches
