Hi folks, my '05 Axis Transblue pickup switch is gone. This guitar is barely used, since my Steve More is my main guitar. Maybe I put too much weight on my finger on pickups change.

The big problem is that EB dealer here in Brazil doesn't have them in stock. They don't have anything relative to parts in stock here.

I took the switch off to try to find a similar one, but nothing fits exactly. I did a search yesterday the whole morning and visited more than 20 electronic stores here an didn't found nothing. Not even on Internet. Found some switches close (like les paul ones), but the contact box are always bigger than original and doesn't fit the circuit.

I would like to call customer service to buy a replacement one. Is it possible ?

If yes, anyone have the phone number ?

Thanks guys.

See, all that "frettin" out for nothing!!

Not exactly "for nothing".

Here I can't find too much support from dealers when you talk about parts that aren't in warranty anymore.

Need to find a Penn & Gilles pot for one big audio brand controller surface and the official rep doesn't have it and neither will have, he told me. No chance to order one.

So, when Customer Service works overseas it'sa really good thing. ;)
