You'll have to wait until tomorrow for someone from EBMM to help you out. The serial number only means something to them.

Nice AL, and WELCOME.

Beautiful AL, and let me officially welcome you to the club.

(As membership includes secrets that only owners of a MusicMan Albert Lee can truly comprehend; those who are not members of the Albert Lee Owners Club can only read this parenthetical message)

Thanks one and all,,,, this really is a great tone machine and the silent circuit alone is worth the price of admission. The birdseye neck twisted slightly, so I had the fretboard leveled and large frets added,,, Man, what a difference it made to the smallish neck profile!! some of the best things happen by accident I suppose.

Anyway, should I have directed this question(manufacture date) directly to anybody in particular... a forum admin or something like that? I'm trying to respond to a question from a potential buyer (I've got several guitars up for sale, none of which I really want to part with, but once one of them sells I'm reeling the others back in!)

thx again

Welcome to the forums.:D Very nice Al you've got there.

Somebody from the company will help you out. If nobody notices this thread, start a new one. For a thread title put down "D.O.B. Request" Means Date of Birth or Date of Build........depending on who ya talk to.:D In the thread you can put down the guitar model, serial # and even request what store it originally shipped to. Someone from the company will help you out.
