help lost key for stingray case

as it says lost key for my case
can i order a new one or do i need a special one with a serial number etc

Any guitar case key should work, I keep only one on my key chain and it works on all my bass cases and our guitarist cases.

All EBMM bass cases are in the key of E, I hope that helps.

i ordered a key from customer service, had to quote the serial number though, may be a problem if your only bass is locked inside the case??!!!

in all honesty, the locks are easy enough to pick, and the keys are standard generic thing anyway

i miss my case being able to lock, i used to store my chump change in there. my horrible theif of a brother broke the lock to get in there to take about 6 dollars worth of quarters. if the bass is stuck in there and you REALLY need it, its ridiculously easy to break
