Just bought this and it has a dimebucker in bridge, neck pu is original, the dime has to go,was thinking of a jb/59 or jb/sh2 combo.
Anyone have any ideas how this would sound in this guitar,or any ideas of what to put in.
It has the maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, great guitar just needs great pu.
Thanks any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think the 59 would sound very much like the stock pickups. Where's the stock bridge pup?

Honestly, I've been dying to try a screaming demon or a JB in the bridge, but I'm looking for something a bit hotter in the bridge. That's why I'm very much in love with the PAF Joe/FRED combo.

No idea where the stock pu is,guitar already had the dime in it when I bought it.
Maybe I'll try that joe/fred combo, just want to make sure I do it right the 1st time, anything would most likely be better than that dimebucker, neck pu is ok,but the guitar would look much better to me with two black pu,s,or the cream ones.
Thanks for replying Whitestrat, very nice trio of silhouettes you have there, how does the stock bridge pu sound?

Ive found the stock pu,seems they gave me the wrong case with giutar, the right case has the stock pu in it.
I think Ill just put stock the pu back in,can anyone tell me how this guitar sounds with the stock bridge pu.
Was thinking of changing to a duncan jb/jazz combo, but not sure if I want to do that now.

Sterling Ball describes the 20th Silhouette as the best guitar he ever made.....so it probably sounds rather good (for a right handed guitar) with the stock pickup
