It does seem like when anyone here on the forum has a problem or question they are eventually directed to call CS. I've never had any problems with my MM products so I've never had to use the number. It is great to know they are there and will stand behind their products. The only time I made contact was back in 1996 when I wrote a letter about the 20th Anniversary bass. I was hoping it would pay homage to the original '76 bass and went on about it in my letter. To my surprise I received a letter response from BP a few weeks later. He explained how MM was a company that liked to look forward for their products. It was a great letter and very nice to receive a response. I was delighted when they used STB on the 30th anniversary basses. (that was one of my gripes in the letter) The SR5 was my first foray into 5 string land and it is still my favorite. (well, until my DD2 Bongo 5H arrives!)
