Yeah, I saw that one. I actually like the color. I don't like that it's covering up the figured maple though.

Estin,

Yah this is an awesome color. I would love to see MM introduce more sparkle colors. The instruments are awesome, but the colors make them even more desirable.

They only made them for the 2002 NAMM show. I have a silhouette special in Fushia sparkle. :D

The pictures don't do it justice.

Sorry about that every one - I could not resist it!

The idea of having 3 'balls' was quite appealing if you know what I mean.

Hopefully I will have it here in the uk in about 2 weeks or so.

Was this colour ever offered for general sale or was it a NAMM show piece as the seller mentions?

I cant wait to get it!

Tim.

Tim,

Only at NAMM. It was never offered to the general public.

Best of luck, I was about to snatch this one up myself.

Well I did find it by your thread! I owe it all to you!

I often look at ebay.co.uk, but normally dont bother with ebay.com

As it happens, its being shipped to a friend in Virginia and then on to me.

I could not be more pleased!!! I cant wait for it to arrive!

 Does anyone know why they never put covers over the PU's???

Best of luck Tim.
