DaveB is a great guy and it was a pleasure meeting him and everyone else and hanging. Dinner Thursday evening with Keith, Dave and Koogie was a blast. I hope we weren't too loud and rowdy. Oh well, they didn't throw us out and Koogs picked up the tab! Thanks again for that, Koogie! I'll post some pics of Keith and Koogie later.

Wow, it sounds like Dave had a major haul to take back with him. Dave also bought my son's Axis SS / piezo, that was delivered to the motel there.

Sounds like a great time was had by all.

Hell - I cant believe it - its a thread all about Me!!

Right now I'm at home - been up for about 24 hours straight and feel like I've been hit by a train.

I'm going to put something a bit more ordered together but needless to say it was an unbelievable weekend. It was great to meet so many of you and hang out with the EB crew.

Keith - not sure I thanked you enough - there will be more postings about what you did.

Arrowheadguitar - it was just like the US version of Wigan.

BTW - Mr Horsepower made it through customs unscathed <G>

Dave (going to bed right now)

Oh yeah ... enjoying it RIGHT NOW!!!

DaveB- lucky sonofagun :D I'll have that Axis in your hands in a day or two. Remind me to tell you how United lost my luggage (incl the Axis) after my cancelled flight and how many people I had to, er, "politely" discuss my situation with before they managed to get it back to me ... (all is well now).

Keith, Dave-

Piezo jack fixed.

Soldered in a loose wire and took the jack apart to bend the contacts back in shape (now there's no more intermittent contact from the cable).

Seeya in swinging London Dave ;)

Beej,

Man, you're so f'ing cool, and I really mean that. It was great to hang with you a bit this weekend. What a guy, delivers guitars continent-to-continent and gives 'em a fix-up as well!

Hey Dave, before I forget - you were so nice that I thought you were actually a bassist.
