In all fairness, it went to overtime and Wisconsin barely eeked out a probably undeserved win when the Cal Poly place kicker missed his 3rd extra point of the game in the OT stanza. Felt sorry for the poor kid.

This years team is not your usual Wisconsin team. They are usually contending for the Big Ten title...but I guess they'll have to settle for barley beating Cal Poly.

Poly is a school that you have to be smart to get in...there is zero help for atheletes...The fact that they are almost competitive is wonderful...we finally get the 7,500 seat stadium full....

I'll tell you what. They ran a brilliant "triple option" that had the Badger "D" on their heels all day. Cal Poly really deserved the win. BTW, you can't be too dumb to get into UW.

What a nailbiter of a game. Had to join the Tech/Duke game late because of it. That kicker was doing something wrong with his mechanics. Wide right once and hitting the right post twice says so.

While we are on the subject of College Football:
BP, being able to fill a 7,500 seat stadium may be an impossible feat for my LSU Tigers if they keep playing the way they are now!
National Champions to not even ranked in the Top 25 … what a terrible year for Baton Rouge natives… Oh well, at least we still have Jambalaya!!
