I think they said there's a 30% chance today. Biggest chance yet. I actually had sprinkles one day out at my house, but I don't think it was "measurable".

I wonder if it will pour for days to make up for it (I doubt it). Kind of like when Austin Powers comes out of the deep freeze and pees for like 10 minutes!

Tucson was on track for a new record as well but we got some measurable sprinkles one night a few weeks ago.

NWS is listing 40% for Phoenix. I'm calling china to get a butterfly to flap it's wings for ya'.

We've got about 30% tonight. I'm so ready to move to Portland or Seattle.

Not me. I came from St. Louis about 18 years ago, and I love it here. Hot & dry beats cold & wet any day in my book!

I forgot to ask but was reminded when I saw the latest Tailwinds magazine:

How'd the P.F.Chang's Marathon thingy go?

We had a blast, as always. We get the same stage three years running now, so we set up a big tailgate thing. Barbeque, booze, chips cake. A total party.

The band we played with was a bit odd, and they wanted the stage split down the middle for their gear/our gear, but we didn't let it phase us and just rocked out as best we can.

Ya! I grew up in Tidewater, VA and went to college at VT in Bleaksburg, er I mean Blacksburg. I know how wet it can get there in the SE. I am planning on going back to school in the fall of '07 and so I'm looking at one of the Oregon schools or something in the Tennessee Valley area. I love crappy weather. If my bass playin' were up to yours, I'd switch in a heartbeat.

Looking a little overcast today in the NW Valley but no rain. It's to the point now where I may start considering drinking beer again and peeing on the cactus just to keep em alive.

Ill skip right over the playing part.

If you wind up in the Tennesee area, I hope we can have a little bassfest. Kepp us posted on that.

Streak now broken out here in the NW Valley. I just went outside for a smoke and a big raindrop landed smack dab on the cherry of my smoke.
