Hello,
I'm Benny. I live in Israel and I'm 25 years old.
I've been visiting these forums for a while and I was impressed with the way this forum helps people and how there's so much information going on here.
I'm happy to join this forum and I hope to learn here as much as I can,
and I also joined today to the Musicman family.
I picked up a musicman Sub1 in a beautiful blue color with the vintage trem and two humbuckers. I'm so happy. I fell in love with this guitar by the first few minutes I played it and I realized I must buy this.
I love the neck! so smooth and quite fast playing, and now I know I prefer 22 fret guitars over 24... and I'm so happy to let go those Floyd Rose guitars... I owned a RG550 till now.
Anything special I need to know about setting up this guitar?
I like it as it is, the frets are simply perfect! I can't believe it... so smooth and flawless!
The neck pickup is sitting much lower than the bridge pickup, I guess that adjusting here is personal preference but any recommendations?
Also, how many conductors does the pickups have? in other words, would it be possible to do splits with a proper switch?
Thank you!
Benny K.
