I have them on all of mine - love them. I bought mine stock so the post is a little longer and not tapered - doesn't bother me and no one has noticed. You can order them to match totally but I think there is more of a wait time (and might be more too - I can't remember). Anyway, easy install and works flawlessly. Feel free to message me if you need anything specific.

Thanks, I also spoke with Dave Larue and he uses them on four of his Bongos. The tech at Hipshot wasn't sure about the Bongo fit
but Larue confirmed it will fit so I will order a couple.

The only thing I didn't think about was new vs old tuners... mine are the old style - I have no idea about the new ones.

My Bongo 4HP has the new style tuners... I've been thinking about ordering a HipShot for it, but think the HE6Y or M4 models would be a better fit than the BT1 (??)

It will be great if someone of customer support could answer about it, what will be the best option for the Dtuner with the new tuners in bongos?

I've had trouble getting mine dialed in. Do you have any advice on setting them up ?

Tune your E - drop it and use the fine tuning peg -takes a bit of work to get use to but honestly I only have to fine tune it when I change strings now.
