Hopefully the title of this thread got you to open it and take a look.
This isn't necessarily a thread that calls for a response, but instead just wants to make you aware of probably the most important aspect of Ernie Ball Music Man.
I am writing this to commend EBMM (BP, Dan "the man" McPherson in Customer Service, etc). Many of you die hard forumites all ready know this, so please bare with me, but ....
Ernie Ball Music Man Customer Service is Outstanding!
I am not going to go into details, but EBMM went way out of their way to satisfy a customer (me), and they really didn't have to. I know of no other companies in the musical instrument business or otherwise, that offer this kind of customer service and satisfaction. EBMM I thank you!
We are truly fortunate that EBMM makes the quality instruments they do and at the same time provide THE ABSOLUTE BEST customer service on the planet!
If you are new to this forum, or are considering purchasing an Ernie Ball Music Man, you can't go wrong.
