That first one is nice, especially if it's in the condition he states. A beauty from down under, mate! The second one is way overpriced for a well-worn EVH.

oh really, is it in good shape? have you seen it?

I've seen it several times...all I really remember about it is that it's been tagged at $3500 everytime I've seen it, which is a few times a year for the past 6 years or so. The fingerboard is dirty, but not the ground-in kind of dirt - just the loose kind of dirt that can be wiped off. Maybe they're afraid to. Oh, and like in the photo, the whammy bar is never on it.

I've never actually played it or gotten a real good look at it, because they keep it in the case with their "vintage" guitars.

lol...from the auction:

But then, this axe was never meant to be stuck on a wall for display:* it was made to be played!* And play it does!

Hey, if any of you guys are serious about the EVH in Aussie land I'd be happy to help out in getting it over to you.

I've bought a couple of guitars from the States and had them shipped over here so I've been through it from this end, hopefully I can help you out.

Offer is out there if anyone wants it.

Really?!

I live in Maryland and before I bought mine, I called every Guitar Center in the country to see who had one. I finally found one in California, but the salesman would never return calls.
Doesn't surprise me about the one in Rockville.
The Guitar Centers in this area are true to their reputation.

Oh ... and FWIW, I like the first one too!
