Hot Rodding my OLP Petrucci

Hi guys,
I just bought an OLP Petrucci and am trying to modify it. I am about to order some DiMarzio pickups for it and wondered which spacing i need. Is it standard or f spacing?

You could replace a lot of stuff. But by the time you add up the cost of the upgrades, wouldn't you be better off to get an EBMM Petrucci? (Not knocking OLP ... just suggesting watching your $$$)

I would guess that to be correct!
I've never modded a guitar before, but I've upgraded a bicycle before.
I was heavily into cycling at one time. Bought you basic bicycle then upgraded everything to be like the bike that I truly wanted but couldnt' afford at the time.
By the time I was done I spent the same money if not more, and still had the crappy frame but with awesome components.

I would buy the real McCoy!
 
The EBMM petrucci starts at around $1300, so you might be better off just keeping the OLP if its just better pickups that you want. Plus, nothing beats the fun of playing a guitar that you customized yourself.

But if you have the money, get the EBMM Petrucci - I have one, and love it!
