How about a designated "Tech" Topic area where we could discuss questions on electronics, changing out pickups, cap values, set-up issues, fretboard radius, fret size, repairs, etc.? The Music Man line leads the way on some of these tech issues (like the "silent circuit" and the no fuss truss rod adjustment, and the Petrucci electronics, etc.) It might be nice to have people able to discuss these issues and learn more about unique advantages of Music Man guitars and basses, and get help with efforts to modify their guitars. What do you think?

Here is a good tech thread, for exanmple.

Wonder Dog DId you bill me for that post? JK

I dont want to segment or divide the audience any more than now. The tech issue is really some of the meat of the regular guiktar area. Going to a one stop and getting tech humor bull**** (did I say that?) color, photos, d.o.b is cool

Have you received you Petrucci yet?

I guess I can't bill you for it now, since the idea is a no-go ;)

I am still waiting for the Petrucci: I told him to send it two day because I wanted it ASAP but it was sent regular ground by mistake. So I probably won't get it until after the weekend. I will post pictures once it is received. It is a Graphite Pearl w/bullet inlays w/out piezio. Looks great in the photos, I can't wait to see it in person and plug it in. Welcome to the Addiciton.

Is playing guitar (or bass) a requirement to be employed by EBMM? :D

I can imagine part of the interview being a jam session with BP... much better than those stupid behavioral tests ;)

Yeah I jam with all of them. We actually have a sound studio. In Indio we just have lunch at the MExican Restaurant's and hijack the mariachis. Most of the time i insist
on having them over for dinner or to stay at the house, especially on three day weekends.

When Dargin was younger we would let them take him camping. Brian would just have special movie nights with them. Casey would help with their yard work.

I have had one interview in the last five years and that was for a CFO. CFO's are a barrel of monkeys! Just kidding Kerry.
