Do you have other gear you could sell? Unload your amp and get a nice DI and the Bongo! Amps are overrated anyway... ;)

BTW, I really like the wood grain pattern on the neck of that Stingray. I bet if you hang on to that thing for several more years it will appreciate in value.

It's a beautiful bass, but I'll bet the "straw that broke the camel's back" for BP is the satisfaction he would get out of putting on a set of strings without the fuzzy red stuff on the ends.:D

actually I bid on a butterscotch slihouette with a crazy nexk awhile ago but there was a knucklehead that wanted it so I backed off....that knucklehead soon thereafter left our home here...remember he wasn't a bassist
