No offense but the questions you're asking can be easily answered by going to Welcome to the Ernie Ball Music Man Company and clicking on the instruments tab. The BFR's usually have a flamed or quilted maple top, more scooped out lower horn, subtle arm contour (instead of the regular JP6's drastic scoop, painted necks, and usually have a BFR inlay at the 12th fret, the exceptions being the rosewood necked JP's which are considered BFR's and the Dargie Delight II BFR's.
