right now I have a tuner, a wah, 2 OD pedals and a chorus and a reverb and a delay that all go up front for ease of setup, some say to put the ODs first and some say last?? whats the best way do you think??

Usually wah , overdrives then chorus then reverbs and delays or whatever sounds good to you.
Experiment with it and find the sound that you like.

I actually have a Fuzz pedal first, then wah, then Modulation pedals, then another OD, then Delay. Works for me.

I use a GCX, so individual loops for everything about to be listed...

Guitar to wah, to GCX in, to DBX 166xl compressor (just for cleans), to tube screamer, to LR Baggs DI box (only for piezo), to ch1 of ISP pro rack G, to Mark V, loop out to ch 2 of ISP (before delay so anything that makes it through gets delay, not ISP cutting off tail end of delay), to mod pedal, to eventide timefactor, to fx loop return. The mark V has a tuner out and mute, so I continuously have tuning without it being in my signal chain.

Some people put chorus/modulation before delay, and some after. I prefer each note having it's own swirl and delaying that way-- especially with heavy overdrive and mild chorus, the delay gives you huge, full sound. But some people prefer the entire sound having a uniform swirl and put mod after delay... Both can sound great. Just player preference.

Tuner first. I always assume the tuner is designed to see a guitar directly so that's what I give it. Of course it may not matter. Try it and see.

I prefer wah and vibrato before OD/ Dist. I don't use chorus/flange/tremolo but if I do prefer them after OD/Distortion. But that's all a matter of personal taste. Try for yourself and see what you like.

Delay followed by Reverb come last, to my ears they sound like poop if distortion comes afterwards. I have tried running them in the effects loop but I run my amp pretty clean so it usually makes little difference to me.

I also go to the tuner first, then a booster, a wah, overdrives, pitch shifter, and finally a digital delay.

I don't care about where the tuner goes in the signal chain - pretty much just where there is space on the board.
Wah first (maybe tuner before wah)
Then phaser, low gain, high gain, other modulation effects, volume boost for solos, delay, reverb

With that said, I use 11R, so I do all the FX routing internally in that :)

Wah first. Delay/reverb last. The rest of the chain is to taste and probably pretty minor for most people but you to discern (they might hear a difference, but won't know what it is). Then again, Eric Johnson class audiophiles will also say to use the right brand of battery or that'll mess up the tone.

I go Tuner -> Overdrive -> Phaser and then to the amp.

I run the Chorus in the loop. It just sounds cleaner like that.

I don't really care for delay, I find that your sound gets lost in the mix with delay.
