When shopping for a new bass with a specific configuration, it would be really helpful to know: a). if any such units have already been produced, and b). the store(s) to which they were delivered.

For example, I'd love to know if they made a Sterling4 h_piezo with a Roasted Maple neck, and if so, where I might find it.

Does EBMM post a comprehensive list of all models that have been produced?
Does EBMM post their distribution lists?

I have not yet tried this but I believe if you call customer service they will answer all your questions. I have read nothing but fantastic things about customer service so I would try them. I know that the roasted MMs were only made for awhile, but again if you call customer service they will be able to answer your questions about that too.

Customer service can put you in contact with a retailer that has ordered your desired configuration, assuming it exists.... and as clmjlg said, they are fantastic!

But the answer to both your final questions is no. They do not share production numbers, and do not post comprehensive list of models, quantities, and configurations sent to each outlet.

There used to be a portal where you could check in-store stocking, listing everything about each bass for sale, which was about the coolest thing I've ever seen from a manufacturer. Unfortunately, it went away when the website was redesigned.

Sounds like customer service can help you out now, which would save a ton of time from the old method, however cool I thought it was. Hours of searching, or a five minute phone call? Hmmmm....
