Help! How hard is to replace my Stingray neck?

After tightening the truss rod, the action is pretty good again. I'm still going to take it to the luthier, but it's pretty playable now.

I decided to keep the flat wounds on for now, and I'm kinda digging the sound. Pretty growly, but thumpy.
