After string changes, probably once or twice a month.

I just cleaned my silo special and 25th :D

Murphy's soft wipes on the back of the neck for cleaning (no residue) then EB guitar polish lightly on the back of the neck. EBWW fretboard conditioner on the rosewood board.

EBWW instrument polish or EB guitar polish on the rest of the body and wiped down with an EB polish cloth.

Looks like new.

What do you use to actually CLEAN the instrument. I dont want to rub sweat and grime into the guitar with a polishing wipe.

They actually do a pretty good job of cleaning the guitar as they polish. If you have a lot of sweat buildup, use a liquid polish that will cut through it, but not hurt the finish. I'm sure EB polish would work well.
