email or call customer services... it really is the best way to resolve any little issues... as you are new here you won't really know just how good they are and how much help they can give you...:)

One thing you may want to check, because strings should NEVER break regularly/pre-maturely. There is something conducive to that condition.

Usually it's an issue where the "string meets metal" by or on the bridge. On Floyd type trems, be sure that your trem is level (when it is still), and that the string itself rests in the "cradle" fully and completely.

+1 on giving CS a call...

But also, you wanna make sure that the strings are coming off the saddles straight, you don't want your saddles angled. Also, maybe trying RPS Slinky's would lessen the breakage. Keep us updated.

I had the same issue last year... I even returned it to EB customer service, but they found nothing wrong with it.

I think sometimes it may have to with sweat/humidity. I noticed that I was having a lot more breakages over the summer and when we were practicing in a jam room that got really sweaty. I could also be technique too.

Is it just one particular string?

If the string always breaks at the bridge, it could be an issue with the saddle. May be a new one would help, but since you have a piezo system, that cannot be changed by yourself I guess.

Contacting CS was and is probably the best solution!
