How to order from Bass Central...

This thread is going to make me sound like a complete idiot.

How do you order on Bass Central? I can't seem to figure it out because they don't use carts or anything, so how do I order stuff? And the BFR I'm looking at says email for price, but I don't have time for that and need to order very, very soon.

Also, what is the VERY fastest they can ship to Hawaii? Forget cost of shipping, I need the thing REALLY fast.
