Help! how to turn down the strings?

I've found the strings had a little high on the fretboard,
almostly 10mm from 12th fret.
so how do I turn it down?turn the brige or neck?
anyone can tell me the wrench specification for neck and brige?

Use the truss rod wheel at the base of the neck. You can use anything sturdy that will fit in the holes.

Super easy to adjust. I did my first EBMM adjustment a few years back and now I don't worry about doing it anymore!
