id like to know if you can put a humbucker/single coil in the neck of a luke and does it have to be active ??

Well I don't know if it's feasible I'm not sure you can mix Active/passive without any noticeable difference in the output level
Moreover, I'm not sure EMG is doing this type of stuff

IIRC, this question or a similar one has been asked. I don't think that it will work simply. You'd need separate electronics for the neck pickup, I believe.
