Well I think that it's a good thing it means that you have found your tone and your quest is over at least for now :D

With EBMM it never ends! I am really happy with what I have, but something new comes out that is very promising...I try it, and I get sucked in. The other thing with me is, that I like variety. I dont stick to a specific model...but I know what works for me, and there is A LOT of them that I GAS for, even though practically I would be perfectly fine with only 1. This forum does not help the GAS either hahaha...only fuels it exponentially.

I go back and fourth. First, I really, really, really want this guitar on DuBaldo's site....but no, maybe one of F'ing's guitars....but then I see the used Luke at Daddy's.....and then I find a nice old Axis at Guitar Center in Millbury........ Then someone will notice my refinished Sub at church and ask me if I got a new guitar....and the conversation will lead to me telling them that I currently have 7 guitars and them being surprised and asking me why on earth would anyone need 7 guitars....... Then I start thinking I should sell some of my guitars.....

So I've had as many as 10 guitars at a time (result of GAS) and have in my head that I should really have no need for more than 4 or maybe 5......

I'm so confused....I think I'll go look to see what Pete's got today on his site....

I'm pretty content too, but also want a seven stringer and a new bass. I just wish Luke would play one.

I think it is an addiction just like anything else and right after I ordered the RM/BS guitars my 18 month GAS binge subsided for a bit. I already have my tone and favorite players, but there is always something new or old this time of year(check the for sale thread) to get the juices flowing, and flowing they are. Besides we all know rehab is for quitters!
