....................Carbon Blue Pearl Bongo Blues that is.This beauty showed up at my doorstep yesterday

Too bad I already had had it traded before it got here:eek: I had no idea how much I was going to like this bass.I know the general consensus around here is that Single H Bongos rule but after trying both I definitely prefer the HH .The 4 -band EQ and blend knob can get some amazing tones that i've never heard out any of my other EBMM basses.I wasn't sure about the color either but this has to be one of the best solid colors EBMM makes,it's beautiful! I definitely see another Bongo in my future.I wish this was staying but I have something very nice(and an HH) coming in it's place.I also treated myself(courtesy of Pay Pal Buyer Credit)to an early Christmas present that should be arriving tommorrow.

Sweet bass.....

However, mine will die with me.....I only sold one EBMM instrument (JP7) and it was like parting with a child...won't happen again.

"Sorry, that one is not going anywhere. It's been given new life thanks to Sterling and the crew in SLO and is very special to me...."

I hear you Man. You have a history/connection with it. That's a beautiful bass ... Honeyburst/maple ... mmmmmmm. I'm gassing for one (and my first EBMM is still in transit!).
