Off Topic I had a dream last night...

...that I was hanging out with BP. He was showing me some of the prototypes of basses that he had in the works, and under wraps (TOP SECRET).

One of the basses was the next generation of the Gamechanger. It had an LCD backlight display, and was totally futuristic.

It was so real that when I finally woke up, I was pissed! I tried and tried to go back to sleep, but to no avail.

Did you happen to be reading latest issue of Premier Guitar magazine before you went to bed? There was a cover story and an article from Winter NAMM with something similar to what you are describing prominently displayed on the cover.

@drT - I didn't see any midi port, but like I said I woke up too soon....
@J Romano - I haven't seen that issue, so it had no effect on my dream last night.

Its an very interesting article. But I think everybody, (especially bass players) would miss the strings, and buttons on frets
