I have a problem with my tremolo arm

Hi im sebastian from argentina, i bought a music man axis supersport but the tremolo arm is not incluided because im lefty, and de seller toldme that the tremolo arm for lelf handed musicman guitar is not made since a few years.

but i think that the seller is a liar and i need the tremolo arm

Sebastian, yah man he's not telling you the truth man. The guitar should have a trem arm. Did you buy this guitar used?

You can always get an arm from a local dealer, or contact customer support.

Sebastian, no problem man. Is the seller a dealer? If not and it's just an individual, he may not have the trem arm anymore for some reason. If he doesn't, then contact the Music Man Customer Service about getting a new one for you.

is and individual seller but he toldme: i talk with the customer service and they toldme that the trem arm is not made anymore. i need this arm, i send an e-mail to the customer service and tell the story.

I think he is yanking your chain, and since he must also be lefthanded he probablt kept the arm for a spare or just lost it. Just do as Glenn told you and contact CS, they should be able to resolve this for you.
