Help! I have problem with MM Majesty. It s DEAD!!! NO Sound!!!

Hi,

I am Yos fromThailand. I have buy Majesty from USA and ship to my home.
I have buy MM Majesty for 4 months. But last 2 weeks it have some problem. It dony have sound.
I have contact with Customer service. He tell me ship back to LA but I cannot because I must pay for shipping.
Because it maybe about 1,000 usd. I have complain to customer service and the last mail I have ask for Diagram of Majesty for I will give technician fix it. But he dont response everything to me.

So I want to know who have use MM Majesty and have problem like me, please tell me how to do.
I have try to do everthing, change new batterirs but not work.

Yos- this is your third thread about this, and unfortunately the answer hasn't changed. The only guys who can really diagnose the problem are EBMM.

It's a brand new guitar, so I doubt many people are familiar with the electronics. In your shoes I would certainly check all the connections and do my best to rule out something silly like a loose wire, pot, etc. But beyond that, you're going to have to send it back.

I hate to harp on it, but this is why they have an International distribution network in place. Going around that by buying a guitar in another country leaves you without a warranty in your country. So, if you can't figure out what's wrong, your only option is to pay for shipping back to the USA so it can be fixed under warranty.

Yes I know it thw third because last 2 posts I cannot write everything.

Why I buy this guitar from other country?
Because until now The Majesty still not have to Dealer in Thailand. I want to pay and I have buy many guitars form dearler in USA, Gibson Fender PRS and dont have problem.

I know this model have many complicate electronic and maybe have something wrong but I will pay around 1,000 usd which it too much. I will try to ask technician electronic in TH for fix it.

I just register this web. So I dont know for wait about post. So I type the first post finish and cannot see it, I think have some mistake so I post again, That why you will see 2 post.

Why I post for the third post because I have mail to customer service ask for diagram for I will give to technician in TH try to fix, like I said if I ship to USA I must pay about 1,000 usd. But they donnot response for 3 days.

I think another thing that might've gone wrong is that you could have accidentally put it in stereo mode. If you're sure there are fresh batteries in there, push and hold the piezo volume knob for about 12 seconds or so. The light indicator on the battery cover should blink twice (after about 12 seconds) if you're changing it to stereo or once (after about 12 seconds) if you're changing it back to mono.

It will light up and or blink shortly after you push and hold it, but ignore the first light you see. KEEP HOLDING THE BUTTON DOWN THE FULL 12 SECONDS.

I have on more than one occasion accidentally switched my Maj to stereo and wondered why I wasn't getting any sound out of it.

Let us know if this fixes it

Thank you your advice. I have try to hold about 2 minutes, it dont have blink, no light. No response everything. Everytime when I push jack, it will have sound for second. Please look at this VDO

Im locking this...if he has bought the guitar from a dealer and there is an issue make the dealer do his job. The dealer has violated his ebmm agreement...a dealer is supposed to service the guitar....thats what they get a profit for.

You see there is a distributor in Thailand. The reason why I have representation is to be able to provide marketing, sales and most importantly after sale customer service.
