i do beleive its the same game are the rules any different or do we just call it soccer because we already have Football

Yup, same game, different name... It's just because those backwards amarican hicks couldn't play a decent game of rugby and subsequently called your own sissy version "football" (even though it is pretty much all hands)... By the way, I'm pretty sure the only dane ever to play in the NFL (obviously using his feet) is quite successfull - sadly, at 46 this may have been Morten Andersen's last season... though his aim is to play untill he is 50.

Football (as in the game where you actually use your feet to kick a ball around and score goals) is the biggest sport in the world - pretty much the only place where it hasn't caught on is in the States - so maybe you should just change the name of that padded rugby game of yours to avoid future confusion
