I wanted to give a giant shout out to Billy Imperial and whomever the legendary luthier is that did the amazing job on my Reflex neck. It had a slight twist on the high strings in the lower frets. EBMM planed the neck and did a refret job at a price which could never be beat by anyone locally.

Thank you Billy and everyone at EB. You guys and gals never fail to deliver above and beyond. BP, you have an amazing staff, my friend. :)

My acoustic comes back from a different factory on Monday. Can't wait for that too! They did a ton a work at an stellar price. Good customer service goes a long way for lifelong loyal users. :)

wow great news. And what a fantastic guitar! What´s the story behind a rosewood reflex with a pickguard?

It was a 1-off made for a player in some band (whose name I don't recall). I bought it off someone here on the forums because I thought it was just so gorgeous.

I dig it because it has the Axis/EVH pickups, but sounds some completely different with the series/parallel switch and chambered body. Such a different tone.

In other news, UPS also successfully delivered my acoustic in one piece, so that anxiety is gone. haha :)
