Rocky Top - this tune has been played every day for months in my guitar room, both the Morse live version, and the original Osborne Bros version too.

Runaway Train is all time favourite Morse tune, just great great great. I dont have any tab for Rocky Top, the morse live version is superb, I guess I just try to learn the correct feel for the tune, its just so fast to solo over well! Easy to do it bad.

Hey Rob,

I just remembered, one of the coolest things I ever saw was Steve Morse and Albert Lee playing together on a booth at the Franfurt Music Fair about 20 years ago. That was wicked

Have you ever heard the duet entitled General Lee?
There was also the Biff Babies bash in late 05. The guitarists were Morse, Luke, Lee and BP. The 20th proto was there too. What a privilage it was for me to attend that show.

WOAH, not Morse or Albert, but cool!
Nice version! Love the Morse-like guitar in there.

Edit: holy smokes! Ok, that's Jimmy Herring. Check out the version of "On the Pipe"

this was many years ago. jimmy was always a monster . in his teens he would sit outside the clubs and listen to steve. he once told me he finially had to make himself not sound like steve. he is.....and always was a terrifying player. & one of the most humble people you'd ever meet.
