I've been playing the same brand of strings for about 12-13 years now, they are DR 10-46 Tite Fit nickel plated. I'd just as soon send my dollars BP's way but I'm not sure if they make anything similar to what I've been using. I tried the regular Slinky 10's several years ago and I don't believe that they suited my taste very well. Does anyone know if there is something in the EB line that is similar to the DRs?

Ernie Ball Rock N' Roll slinkys. My current string of choice :D They are pure nickel which I think is what your DRs are.

Does the R&R designation refer to vintage R&R or modern? Pure nickels I've tried have a distinctive vintage vibe.

Texas Finally!
I would have to agree either RPS or Rock N Roll, and give regular slinkys or super slinkys another shot, only strings I have used ever.
