im a bass player and my bass strings are well not as beafy as i would like them to be. im using regular slinky 5's and i was just curious if any one had tried the power slinky 5s and if there any good. and i'd also like your advice on the next strings to purchase. i need some deep lowend stuff like big gauges

I use power slinkies on my SR4. They're heavier than the five string power slinkies.

Go for it. They'll be a little more difficult to play for a while, but you soon won't notice that. What you will notice will be an increase in volume, and (IMHO) a better tone.
