The "buried" guitar neck is actually just leaning against the wall ,it's body is out at the painter ~for those of you reading DO NOT use sims custom shop he's had my strat body for close to 9 months and keeps bs'n about "it's not cured yet?" what you live in a swamp?? Does anyone know a reputible refinisher,I used gmw but they don't do refinishes anymore,I'm sending an axis out to do a pink bubblegum dyejob since I stupidly sold my last one and don't want to spend 3k to replace it!

Shred - I think I'd go pay him a visit, intent on retrieving my $trat body. That's way to long for a refin. Have you ever heard of adverse possession? I think he is adversely trying to possess yours. Go get it back, maybe something happened to it. Or he's ashamed of his work. I would think that any really good auto body painter with a good rep could paint a guitar.

Man, when I play my silo spec., I feel bad for not using my new toy (the JP).

...and when I play the JP I feel like I'm betraying my old standby (the silo spec.)

I think if I had your collection I would die from the stress of deciding what to play.

Very nice!

I know this is getting really off topic but I feel I need to chime in here. I had some issues with him last summer in that he sold a product on eBay that was of pretty poor quality. There is a ton of negative publicity for him over at Jemsite and yet I chose to ignore. I returned the item to him but after a his act of telling me that he didn't yet have the money to refund me as it was already spent, I knew something was up. I naturally left negative feedback. One eBay member even sent me a message wishing me luck on getting a refund from him. After some arm twisting and reporting him into PayPal, I ended up with my money back. It was not a good experience and I would never recommend anyone to do business with him.

sooo~after doing the nice way of calling and emailing I got nowhere on the simms scammer! no return e mail and voice box full ~I'm pretty good at cyberstalking and found out where he lives ~goes to church ~and even what car he drives, also his facebook page so I know he;s out of town an ANOTHER vacation he has all the free time in the world and is now attending some concert out of the area? Nice! ,I'll try AGAIN next week and if all else fails drive down there and see whats up and after a 8 hr drive may not be in the best of moods I guess it's easier to start legal proceeding as my temper may move quicker than my rational side!Question what would you guys do?I don't really want to tie up the site with this but a quick couple answers would be MUCH appreciated!
