I think I am going to get an Axis BFR

Hey All;

I was in the market for a 59 Les Paul reissue, and actually had one on Lay Away, then I bought my EBMM Axis. At first I just really liked the guitar, but now I love it! It is definitely a permanent part of my musical being; I can't imagine not having it. I love these guitars so much more than a Les Paul; I play and sound better, and it has a Floyd.

Anyway, I have decided not to get that Les Paul, and I am really seriously considering getting the Axis BFR in translucent black. If I order one, how long do they generally take to be built, etc.? These are about a grand more than the regular Axis, right?

Looking forward to hearing your opinions.

VERY Good choice!! Im really loving that new BFR Purple color, and the thought of it on a BFR Axis .................... sweet !! I was told that if I ordered one now, it would be a late October delivery .... FYI.

Yeah, I am in love with that blackburst color. I am about 90% sure that I am going to order one; it kind of depends on what my cost through my usual dealer is.
