I'm not too crazy about the front, but the back looks like it could be part of the album cover for Steve Stevens' Atomic Playboys. (Which was a great album..)

It has that Giger flavor - but definately not the real thing.

Actually, the bass is covered in real (albeit copied) Giger images, and the Steve Stevens cover is an actual Giger piece.

Bassmonkeee,

Wow! I didn't know that the Steve Stevens cover was an actual Giger image. (Prior to this thread, I didn't even know tha Giger existed.)

I have impressed myself in that I matched the images on that bass with the album cover whilst being totally ignorant of the artist!

Now maybe my wife won't have to dress me before I leave the house?

Not my taste, but if someone likes it over a standard 'ray finish, it's a reasonable price and it has an interesting history, so it's fine.

no, i think i'm with the guy who said he'd pray over it. My dad's a pentacostal preacher. Maybe we could get him to bring the oil and a bunch of the deacons from the church. Maybe just lay hands on the computer screen and pray right there. That guitar scares me a little. Nice work, but scary!

I think if they laid hands on the computer screen and prayed, the screen would spin around in a circle.
