I can't seem to get used to the "flat top" of the axis. I got so used to the silo...
I replaced both bridge pick ups on my silos with Bill Lawrences, to get a clearer, punchier tone...soooo. I figure the Luke would fit in....

How does the neck on the luke feel compared to the axis and Silo?

Well the nut width is the same on the Luke, and it has a V profile on the lower frets flattenng out as you go up the neck. It definitely feels thinner to me (as in depth front to back) but personally I dont get on with it anywhere near as much as my Axis/Silo/Morse necks. Big hands and fat fingers you see.....

The Luke and Silo have the same smallish neck, but the Silo is more of a small C and the Luke is a V as Dave said. I like the Luke neck feel as its so different from most other guitars out there, most wouldnt go near a V neck. The V neck certainly fits nice in my hands. My Axis Super Sports necks are fatter, but really comfortable too. dang it, they are all just the best.

Have you tried an Albert Lee?? Maybe the BEST neck of them all. and the best single coil tones EVER!

The Luke neck is awesome! I like it slightly more than my axis sport's neck.

The Luke is just perfect to fret notes with the thumb on the low E.

Cheers!
