Help! I would like a replacement

I purchased some Ernie ball slinky cobalt strings the other day and received them in the mail today, I started to string them and the B string (13) broke. I would really appreciate it if I could get a new B string as soon as possible, please help.

You have two options - go back to your store where you bought them, or contact Ernie Ball customer service (see link in my signature). Fastest is to go to back to your store.

Strings breaking during stringing is a tough one, but recently I've been opening packages of rusty strings from another brand and i wish i could get a replacement for those!
Ernie Ball, please make a 9-62 7 string set! I'd be all over it!

I thought id seen a set of 9's for 7 string.
