Hello fellow Ball-ers
Ok, it's no big revelation after all, curiosity rather.
I've only been on this forum for a couple of months so it is possible that someone has already brought this up before me... Also, I'm not sure if this is the right section of the forum for this post, but I couldn't really find any place where it would fit better.
Anywhooo...
I was browsing the forum the other day, when it suddenly hit me! Ernie Ball started out as a guitar string manufacturer, only later expanding into the guitar making business (with a great success I might add), yet there are only a handful of threads regarding strings. Most of the discussions are focused on guitars...
I wonder if and how this is reflected in the company's business model, I mean whether most of their turnaround (or profits) comes from the guitar/bass sales, strings being only a small part of the pie.
Has anyone thought of it, or is it just mind wandering off on a lunch break?
PS. Apologies for the lame quote from ''The Matrix''
