Has the EB Wah pedal been given an official name yet?

If not, maybe you could have a little 'contest in a thread' and see if the forumites can come up with a suitable name?

I mean, we've got to be able to come up with something cooler than "Cry Baby", "Bad Horsie" or "Weeping Demon"... even after filtering out the Lucious-inspired entries. ;)

You mean like if EB came out with a fuzz/chorus pedal we couldn't call it anal froth?

Well, we could call it that. But it seems unliklely that BP would select such a name for the finished product. :D

How bout the "variable bandpass filter". Oh wait, that's not catchy at all ...

No, but it's nerdy, and that seemed to be a hit in your other thread about in/out of phase (which I enjoyed immenesly, by the way, being a professor of mathematics myself [read: uber-nerd])- so maybe you're onto something here...
